- Short grain brown rice
- Massaged dinosour kale
- Lettuce
- Bell peppers
- Zucchini
- Grated beets
Marinated Tofu:
- Garlic clove
- Soy sauce
- Szechwan sauce
Cube, marinate, bake on parchment until crispy.
Miso tahini dressing:
- Miso paste
- Tahini
- Olive oil
- Orange juice
- Maple syrup (just a splash)
- Garlic clove
